Renzo Muratore, Managing Director of Saimare S.p.A. and vice chairman of Spediporto, received today by President of Spediporto, Roberta Oliaro, and the President of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce Genoa, Paolo Odone, the award for 55 years of activity in the maritime and forwarding division. 

The award was given for capacity gained in the corporate and political-administrative framework that has led him to focus on the organization of work based on efficiency and transparency.
Renzo Muratore, was previously chief executive officer and director of Finmare some group companies Riello. 
In 1978 he sponsored the first study on the motorways of the sea aiming to introduce in Italy the concept of shipping goods to the coastal line. Along with managerial experience, Muratore has worked in the Region Liguria, where from 1985 to 1990, he held the office of Assessor to work and training and from 1990 to 1994 and the assessor all'Urbanistica planning and participating regional.

The booming of Con.Tug’s fleet
Official inauguration in Gioia Tauro for Con.Tug new unit.
Besides the Board of Directors’s managers (Franco Visco and Umberto Masucci), also Giovanni Grimaldi, President of Calabria Port Authority, MCT’s Managing Director, Vincenzo Iacono by Medcenter Container Terminal, Government’s and RINA’s representatives and a Port Authority’s commission, attended.
Named Eranova, this is the fifth tug of the fleet and is the first one of an orderbook listing other three units ordered by Con. Tug to the Chinese branch of the Dutch shipbuilder, Damen;  confirming the existing relationship with Scafi – holding 50 per cent of  Con. Tug’s shares (the remaining 50 is held by Contship), besides, 100 per cent of Carmelo Noli and Rimorchiatori Riuniti Spezzini – they ordered the whole units for the  operator from Calabria.
Eranova, provided  with two diesel oil Caterpillar engines 3516BTAHD/D with a 2,180 KW each
and  about 69 tons stable bollard pull, will be shortly followed by Medma and subsequently  by two more sister-units and a port- tug, classified by RINA and Bureau Veritas as HULL – MACH Tug – Unrestricted Navigation, AUT UMS Fire Fighting,  Azimuth Stern Drive’s type.
